Memorare.net ("Memorare", "we", "us") provides tools that help users sync and manage calendar-based workflows. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms").
The Service uses Google Sign-In (OAuth). When you connect your Google account, you authorize access to specific scopes needed to provide functionality, including:
You may grant offline access so background syncing can occur. You can revoke access at any time via your Google Account settings.
The Service reads calendar events on a read-only basis and applies filtering rules that you define. The Service does not modify or delete your calendar data.
If enabled, the Service may read limited contact information to associate calendar attendees with phone numbers. You are responsible for ensuring you have lawful permission to contact attendees.
The Service may send appointment notifications via WhatsApp if you connect a WhatsApp Business Account and approve the required permissions.
By onboarding with us as your technical provider, you authorize access necessary to operate these features in accordance with Meta policies.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
We may modify or discontinue the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
